• Study the U. S. and Virginia Constitutions and government at the national, state, and local levels
• Learn the basic principles, structure, and operation of the American economy
• Learn the electoral process

Students will take the Civics and Economics SOL assessment. As a result of flexibility provided through Henrico’s status as a School Division of Innovation, students will complete local performance assessment in Civics and Economics.
